2. Add your baby to the health cover

If you have a health insurance plan make sure to add your baby to the health cover as soon as possible. If you don't have any health insurance then get a new health insurance cover and also add your newborn baby to the policy.





3. Schedule Your Doctor Appointment

Before leaving the hospital after delivery, your doctor will tell you to schedule a postpartum appointment exactly 6 weeks after your delivery.

5. Keep Taking Prenatal Vitamins

10. Sleep Well

Take naps while your baby is sleeping. Take sleep whenever you got free time as your body also needs proper rest and sleep after childbirth. Taking proper sleep will help you to reduce stress and anxiety.
