Your body has gone through pregnancy, labor, and delivery. Giving birth to the baby is the most special and unforgettable moment in every women's life. Write down the birth story within a few hours or days after the childbirth. 

2. Add your baby to the health cover

If you have a health insurance plan make sure to add your baby to the health cover as soon as possible. If you don't have any health insurance then get new health insurance coverage and also add your newborn baby to the policy.

3. Schedule Your Doctor Appointment

Before leaving the hospital after delivery, your doctor will tell you to schedule a postpartum appointment exactly 6 weeks after your delivery.

10. Sleep Well
